Sarah Rose Daley is an associate attorney at Butler Prather LLP. She works out of the firm’s Atlanta office. Sarah was formerly an associate at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, where she worked on cases dealing with tort liability and insurance coverage in various industries. She was also an associate at Maynard, Cooper & Gayle, P.C., litigating intellectual property matters at all stages, including drafting responses to petitions of certiorari pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Sarah has also served as a Term Law Clerk for both the Honorable Kristi Johnson, U.S. District Court, S.D. Miss. and the Honorable Keith Starrett, U.S. District Court, S.D. Miss.
Prior to law school, Sarah earned her B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern Mississippi. Sarah was selected as a Ronald E. McNair Baccalaureate Scholar at the University of Southern Mississippi and as a McNair Fellow at the University of Alabama, where she earned her M.S. in Criminal Justice. Sarah was named Media and Technology Editor for the Journal of Law & Politics at the University of Virginia School of Law, which she attended as a Law Alumnae and Dean Scholar.
Sarah’s areas of specialization include Tort Liability, Insurance Coverage, and Intellectual Property Litigation. Sarah has been admitted to the bar in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.
