Andrews v. Autoliv; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. While the case was on appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Autoliv paid Plaintiff Jamie Andrews $42 million and paid the State of Georgia $14 million to settle the State’s claim to a portion of the punitive damages component of the Court’s judgment. The judgment was in the amount of $113,509,617 plus $4,734,349 in prejudgment interest.
